Adapter sleeves are the most commonly used components for locating bearings with a tapered bore onto a cylindrical seat as they can be used on plain or stepped shafts. They are easy to install and require no additional location on the shaft. When adapter sleeves are used on plain shafts, the bearing can be located at any position on the shaft. When used on stepped shafts together with an L-shaped spacer ring, bearings can be accurately positioned axially thereby facilitating bearing mounting and dismounting.

Eccentric bearing, is a commonly used type of bearings.Mainly includes outer ring, inner ring, rolling basket, rolling body. Eccentric bearing is one of the important bearings among the cycloidal reducers. The original eccentric bearing consists of three parts: an eccentric sleeve and two 502 series of cylindrical rollers.

High-speed recision all bearings also called Spindle bearings are bearings, with extra fine tolerance and higher precision. They are especially suited for machines with high demands for guidance accuracy and high RPM. Today Spindle bearings with ceramic balls are standard in a variety of processing machines.

Miniature Ball Bearings are sometimes referred to as instrument bearings or micro bearings. We provide metric sizes for applications as varied as gyros, anemometers, miniature gearboxes, small motors and radio controlled models. Our metric miniature ball bearings can withstand heavy radial loads and moderate thrust loads in both directions. Certain sizes can be supplied with the TW high-speed synthetic cage.

One Way Bearings are designed to transmit torque between the shaft and housing in one direction and allow free motion in the opposite direction. Proper mounting is easily accomplished with a simple press fit in the housing. Clutches and clutch and bearing assemblies are offered both in inch and metric series. One Way Bearings without bearing assemblies are indicated by suffix: HF/FC/RC. One Way Bearings with bearing assemblies are indicated by suffix: HFL/FCB/RCB.

The main benefit of split plummer block housings is their easy installation; pre-assembled shafts can be mounted in them. SNL Plummer blocks are primarily intended for self-aligning ball bearings, spherical roller bearings and CARB bearings.

The water pump is the heart of the automotive cooling system, typically a belt-driven centrifugal pump. The pump circulates coolant throughout the system while the engine is running. If the drive belt fails, the water pump will not function. It is one of the reasons it’s so important to always check the status of the belt during maintenance.
